Refunds:
We do not provide refunds for purchases. Instead, we offer store credits equal to the purchase amount, which can be used for future purchases on our website or media channels.
Store Credits:
Upon requesting a refund, customers will receive store credits redeemable for any item(s) available on our website/media channels. These credits can be utilized at any time within a year of initial purchase.
Damaged Orders:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning items for replacement due to damage or defect. However, we will cover the shipping costs for sending out the replacement item(s).
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
